Mad Scientist Escape Room

You are trapped by an evil mad scientist. He tells you that if you want to escape you must complete a series of trials. He asks you to drink a potion but you refuse so he hits you on the head with a baseball bat and you are knocked out. When you wake up you are startled to find yourself sitting in a room full of colourful potions. The mad scientist's voice suddenly comes from a loud speaker. He yells, begin and the door to the exit and entrance closes and are surrounded by iron bars. A timer on a clock shows 15 minutes and you know that’s how long you have until you will be trapped here forever!
